This is a request for proposals for operational management of Vail’s Welcome Centers and the Volunteer Community Host Program. The Town of Vail is seeking to partner with an operator who understands and can effectively create a five-star customer experience through a combination of human, environmental and technological resources. The Town of Vail seeks to engage with a firm on a one-year scope of work beginning September 1, 2013. The operator will have an opportunity to renew the contract for an additional two years based on exceptional performance.
