Charting its continued growth and expansion throughout the Vail Valley as the leading luxury vacation rental and residential real estate management company, Triumph Mountain Properties recently added three new staff to its team. Newly created positions and hires include Lois Mueller as Concierge, Julia DeGennaro as Reservationist and Alberta “Allie” Seagar as Quality Control Coordinator.

Lois Mueller, Concierge: A guest relations specialist in Vail’s hospitality industry, Mueller takes the helm as Triumph Mountain Properties’ Concierge and expand the personalized services and day-to-day bookings for the company’s luxury vacation rental and home owner clientele.

Prior to joining Triumph Mountain Properties, Mueller served as Guest Services Manager for Vail Cascade Resort & Spa and Destination Hotels, as well as Maitre ‘D for Larkspur Restaurant and Market and lead server and hostess from Atwater On Gore Creek. In these roles, she became well versed on all facets of the guest experience including establishing a resume of contacts to assist Triumph Mountain Properties clients with their recreation, cultural, travel and dining interests.

A Vail resident since 2010, Mueller holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Science from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minn.

Julia DeGennaro, Reservationist: Bringing a diverse background in reservation sales and training as well as hands on experience in reservations and restaurant management, DeGennaro joins Triumph Mountain Properties to grow the reservations division in the company.

Prior to joining Triumph Mountain Properties, DeGennaro was a reservations agent and sales manager for Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals in Vail, and Manager for Nozawa Sushi in Dillon and Avon, Colo. She also worked as a reservations agent for The Summit in Keystone, Colo. and Dining Room Manager for Jose Muldoon’s in Colorado Springs.

She holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Kapiolani Community College in Hawaii.

Alberta “Allie” Seager, Quality Control Coordinator: Specializing in client services for the hospitality, entertainment, interior design and homebuilding industries, Seager brings these skills to provide on-site support for Triumph Mountain Properties’ portfolio of more than 30 luxury vacation rental homes and residences that the company manages.

In her role, she will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of quality care for the company’s client properties and vacation renters.

Her background includes Concierge and Customer Service Trainer positions at the Vail Valley Jet Center, as well as serving as Design Assistant for Inside Out Home Furnishings & Design in Edwards, Colo. Prior to her move to the Vail Valley in 2008, she was a Project Management Coordinator for Standard Pacific Homes in Corona, Calif. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado Mountain College in Edwards, Colo.
