Vail Valley Charitable Fund and Family “Go Biggs For BryFly”

Fundraiser, January 14, 2023

Eagle-Vail, Colorado: Family and friends will come together on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at the Eagle-Vail Pavilion from 5 pm to 8:30 pm to raise funds for Vail Valley native Brian Biggs. Brian is 23 years old and was severely injured in a rafting accident in June 2022, leaving him with quadriplegia. Known as “BryFly” to those that love him, Brian is a mountain man in his heart and soul, a lover of rafting, fly fishing, hunting, and skiing. He now focuses on living his mountain lifestyle using a wheelchair while completing his studies at Montana State University. This fundraiser will include incredible music by Smörgåsgrass and others, heavy appetizers, two drinks per person, and an outstanding silent auction, all donated by generous friends of the Vail Valley Charitable Fund and the Biggs Family. Please plan for a suggested donation of $35 per person. Proceeds earned will help the family make much-needed changes to their home, making it more accessible and purchasing adaptive equipment, including an all-terrain wheelchair for Brian to access all he loves about the mountains. Brian has displayed strength and tenacity bolstered by humor through his healing that inspires us all; let’s help him tackle his accessibility hurdles by adding some necessary funds to his recovery. Join us for Go Biggs for BryFly on January 14, 2023, to rally around this family and show what the Vail Valley is all about.
