Join SpeakUp ReachOut for a FREE introduction to equine- and animal-assisted activities and therapies. Time spent with these majestic creatures will leave you feeling less stressed, more connected with nature, and with a greater sense of wellbeing.

This community connection event will be presented by 10th Mountain Equine Executive Director, Alecz Adams. It is open to anyone 13 years and older who has experienced challenges/trauma in their past OR who would like to learn mindfulness around horses.
