This forum is for anyone interested in the latest trends in rural community investing, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
There are an increasing amount of investment opportunities across the West Slope of Colorado, one of the fastest growing regions in the country. Four Points Funding is one of the premier investors in the region and recent award winner from Forbes Magazine as the #1 Investing Fund in their Category. Four Points Funding will be presenting on March 11th at the Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle. They want to showcase resources and opportunities available to investors, get to know local community stakeholders and investors better, and talk about the evolution of our region.
Four Points Funding, located in Steamboat Springs, invests in real estate and startups across the West Slope. They manage a series of tax advantaged Opportunity Zone funds investing in emerging real estate markets and an angel syndicate, West Slope Angels, investing in about 4 startups a year. Both are open to accredited investors. In December of 2019, they were named a Top 10 OZ fund in the nation by Forbes and the Sorenson Impact Center.
The Four Points Funding team is a small group of people that live in and cherish our mountain communities as much as we do. Their goal is to retain, and even enhance, the culture of our communities as they grow. In real estate, they focus on investing in multi-family housing and hospitality. For startups, they invest in all industries with a strong geographical focus on the West Slope.
In addition to presentations from Four Points Funding and West Slope Angels, we will also have a chance to spotlight local entrepreneurs, development projects, and community organizations to help get your ideas off the ground and funded.
Make sure you come hungry, you’ll leave happy with an after hours gathering at Boneyard following the Forum. The Boneyard Bar and Grill is located at 1099 Capitol st. in Eagle Ranch, just below the Colorado Workspace.
