Wishing Day at the Bookworm

This year, The Bookworm of Edwards is proud to partner with The Literacy Project and local Eagle County elementary schools to promote the message of Katherine Applegate’s newest book, Wishtree. Beautiful and nuanced, Wishtree is about the power of wishes and hope (and one very special tree) to transform a community, and the importance of helping others. Come celebrate with us on Tuesday, October 3rd as we highlight essays written by local students, read some excerpts from the book and create community wishes. A part of every purchase that evening will go directly to The Literacy Project to help promote the love of reading in our towns for years to come.
