Originally created by The Moth in New York City, a STORY SLAM is a friendly storytelling competition where YOU become the talent. Come ready to share a 3-5 minute story on the theme Small World and if your story is the best (audience votes) you’ll win tickets to the Tenth Mountain Storyteller even August, 19th in Avon.

If you have a story to tell, you can put your name in the hat. If your name is selected, you’ll come to the stage and tell your true, three to five minute story from memory. No notes. All Heart.

And if you don’t want the mic this time, just come listen to a great night of storytelling!
