The Egg Hunt returns to Harry A. Nottingham Park in Avon promising a fun-filled morning on Saturday, April 15th. Families are invited to participate in a Coloring Contest, Jelly Bean Guessing Game, exhilarating inflatable features, balloon artist and a visit from the Easter Bunny! But that’s not all…thousands of eggs will be filled with toys and candy!
The Egg Hunt is a FREE event offered by the Town of Avon!
Tips for Enjoying the Egg Hunt:
- The Egg Hunt event is a Bully Free Zone and participants are expected to Be A Buddy Not A Bully!
- The actual hunting of eggs will be organized by height instead of age. Please check in at the Town of Avon tent to have your child measured and receive a wristband to participate with other children of approximately the same height.
- There will be three separate Egg Hunts in the Egg Hunt Coral; two for each height group for which participants will be identified by colored wristbands.
- The will be a special area for children 3 years of age and under with their very own bouncy house and Egg Hunt.
- To enter in the Coloring Contest please see the advertisement in the Vail Daily and/or Weekly publications. Use your imagination and color the ad, complete the information section at the bottom and bring it with you to the Egg Hunt. To enter, turn in your artwork at the Town of Avon tent. Prizes will be awarded by age group: 3 & Under; 4-5; 6-7 and 8-9. One prize per age group.
- There will be free Egg Hunt Tote Bags for participants while supplies last – limited supply.
- Please be aware the some of the candy found at the event may contain peanuts.

On Street Parking on Lake Street and W. Beaver Creek Blvd.
