• Develop, grow, manage, retain account list
• Prospect and pursue opportunities to increase active accounts and digital revenue
• Identify digital marketing decision makers and build strong performance-based relationships
• Present logical and well-organized presentations, data, and concrete business examples to clients and prospects.
• Serve as digital marketing consultant by knowing client’s business needs: research, conduct consultative visits, listen, establish a relationship as a trusted advisor.
• Use analytical and critical thinking skills to solve customers’ key marketing challenges and identify opportunities for clients based on business needs and/or previous campaign performance
• Handle customer transactions from start to finish including initial needs analysis, recommending appropriate digital solutions, delivering a detailed proposal and contracting with the client.
• Support Content Management and Design as they develop customer solutions and provide ongoing service.
• Achieve monthly personal sales goals
• Achieve performance metrics as defined in annual performance agreement
• Remain current with industry trends, seek to further your knowledge on issues relevant to our industry and our clients, and engage with others in the company to broaden our understanding of how to apply new concepts or technologies in our local organizations
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or equivalent experience
• Previous sales and marketing experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel on a regional basis utilizing your own vehicle.
• Passion for and knowledge of all things digital including search engine marketing, social media, digital advertising, email marketing.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work with very little supervision;
• Excellent communications and listening skills, both written and verbal;
• Understanding of everythingvailvalley.com digital and mobile platforms
• Demonstrated organizational skills
