Vail Valley Partnership Recognized at Awards Ceremony During Annual CCCE Conference
(Avon, Colorado- May 12, 2016) – On Thursday, May 5, 2016 the Colorado Chamber of Commerce Executives (CCCE) held their annual Spring Conference in Parker, Colorado. Chamber representatives from all over Colorado were present to take advantage of the resources, continuing education opportunities, networking and professional development made available.
Vail Valley Partnership has been a member of CCCE since 2013 and the President and CEO, Chris Romer, serves on the Board of Directors. CCCE is dedicated to furthering excellence and professionalism in the Chamber of Commerce industry, and the annual conference provided a forum for the exchange of ideas while providing resources and support to those in attendance. CCCE recognizes that Colorado Chambers are innovative and continue to impress, making competition in the 8 different award categories stiff.

During this year’s award ceremony, VVP was honored to receive 5 top awards.
- CEO of the Year. Awarded to Chris Romer for exemplary leadership and innovation within the organization.
- Special Achievement Award (1st Place). Awarded for the MyPartner Career Network
- Increase in Dues Revenue (1st Place). Awarded for a high member retention rate and members who increased their tier level.
- Communications Award (1st Place). Awarded for a recent update of 3 Vail Valley Partnership websites and creation of an additional one. VailValleyPartnership.com, VailOnSale.com, VisitVailValley.com, and VailValleyMeansBusiness.com.
- Increase in Number of Members (2nd Place). Awarded for high conversion rate of prospects to members.
