Award-winning luxury fitness and wellness retreat hosts a new program at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch for a limited time in September and October of 2023
Malibu, CA (April 18, 2023) – The Ranch, the renowned luxury health and wellness brand featuring award-winning, transformational structured wellness retreats is thrilled to introduce a pop-up program in Vail, Colorado this Fall. Amidst the majestic mountains, in a secluded enclave of the Vail Valley, The Ranch Vail will feature The Ranch’s signature fitness and nutrition program and will be exclusively offered at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch from September 3rd – October 27th, 2023.
Limited to just 25 guests each week, this 5-night, 6-day (Sunday – Friday) experience features a structured daily schedule that mirrors The Ranch’s signature offering in the natural splendor of Colorado’s famed peaks. In this extraordinary mountain environment, guests participate together in a results-oriented program that features a daily schedule of 4-hour morning mountain hikes, nap time, afternoon strength and core training classes, restorative yoga and a daily massage. To complement the active schedule, Jasper Schneider, Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch will collaborate with The Ranch Malibu’s Executive Chef, Meredith Haaz, to develop a nutrient-dense, plant-based seasonal menu featuring locally sourced organic fare.

Nestled in the heart of the Vail Valley, The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch offers the perfect setting for a nature-inspired, Rocky Mountain escape. In late 2022, in celebration of its 20th anniversary, it went through an extensive renovation and refurbishment of all guest rooms, suites and common areas for an elevated guest experience. In The Ranch program, guests stay in private accommodations featuring spacious rooms with special touches such as separate tubs and showers, detailed millwork, Egyptian cotton Frette linens and breathtaking mountain or valley views. To maintain an intimate setting, Ranch guests enjoy fitness classes, yoga and meals in private spaces. The idyllic location also allows access to hundreds of miles of spectacular trails in the Bachelor Gulch area, Beaver Creek and the White River National Forest, just steps from the property or a short drive away.

During their stay, guests will also have the opportunity to relax in the resort’s 21,000 square foot spa complete with relaxation lounges, steam rooms, dry saunas, hot and cold plunge pools and a stone-lined coed grotto. Outdoors, guests can calm their minds in the natural surroundings or in one of the property’s 3 Jacuzzis or large heated pool.
The Ranch Vail is offered at a starting rate of $6,600 USD per person for double occupancy and $7,800 USD for a single room and includes 5 nights and 6 days (Sunday-Friday) of daily guided hikes, fitness and exercise classes, daily massage, spa access and preferred rates on additional treatments, private accommodations, $100 laundry credit, all meals and some evening elective nutrition talks and airport transfers to and from Vail – Eagle Valley Airport on Sunday early afternoon and Friday morning. Upgrades to a one-bedroom suite are offered at $7,800 for a double occupancy and $9,500 for a single room based on availability.
