Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties has promoted longtime Vail Valley resident and veteran broker Marla Hillerich to managing broker for its Beaver Creek Villa Montane and Beaver Creek Lodge offices. The addition of Hillerich grows the company’s team of managing brokers to seven, joining Craig Denton (Vail Village office), Timm Kluender (Vail-Lionshead), Kira Taylor (Edwards), Rick Messmer (Eagle), Laurie Slaughter (Gypsum), and Donna Justin (Montrose).
Over the past 24+ years, Hillerich has been one of the Vail Valley’s top-performing brokers, including earning the national Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award, putting her in the top one-half of 1% of the more than 50,000 brokers in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices nationwide network.

A Vail Valley resident since 1998, Hillerich grew up outside Cincinnati, Ohio, and moved to Colorado in 1998. She earned her real estate license in 1999 and joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties’ Beaver Creek Villa Montane office in 2009 as an associate broker. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
