Part of the local community since its inception in 1955, Valley View, an independent, nonprofit health system based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, is the winner of several Locals’ Choice Awards 2022 from the Glenwood Springs Post Independent publication.

Winners are announced in the special Glenwood Springs Post Independent’s Locals’ Choice 2022 magazine.

Through the Locals’ Choice Awards, readers and members of the local community nominate, vote for, and celebrate the very best that Garfield County has to offer. The awards recognize a diverse cross section of businesses, individuals and organizations that together make Garfield County a great community.

Valley View is the winner of the following Locals’ Choice 2022 Awards:

  • Best Community Hero ― Valley View COVID-19 Vaccine Team, First Place
  • Best Hospital ― Valley View, First Place
  • Best Pediatrician ― Valley View’s Pediatric Partners, First Place
  • Best Place to Work ― Valley View, Third Place
