DENVER, CO. – Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI) is pleased to announce the winners of the 2021 Governor’s Awards for Downtown Excellence as awarded in a virtual ceremony held late last week. The awards featured a live concert from Slopeside and opportunities for re-connecting with downtown peers around the state.
