Conscious Transformation is hosting a free meditation and teaching to provide a first-hand experience of the power of your mind and how we can use meditation and other practices to train greater focus. Everyone is welcome to attend this virtual session on Wednesday, January 13, 2020 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM MST. This session is collectively taught by the six local Conscious Transformation Trainers.
The session includes a guided group meditation. Meditation is proven to relieve stress, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, enhance memory and more. Meditation also lets you become more purposeful about your actions. It teaches you how to respond, rather than react, to situations in your life.

The session will explore how your thoughts and beliefs create reality as you know it. You will learn tools and techniques to still, focus and direct the mind, setting you on a course for personal mastery. Practical outcomes include stress management, increased productivity and efficiency, greater self-acceptance and improved relationships and quality of life.
