Vail Board of Realtors Foundation is accepting scholarship applications until June 17.

Applications are now being accepted for the Vail Board of Realtors® Foundation (VBRF) Scholarship program. The program is available to any Eagle County residents enrolling in or returning to college, university or accredited academic institution in the fall of 2019 as a full-time student. This program was created in an effort to support the value of education in the community.

“Giving back locally and supporting our community is important to our members and this scholarship is the perfect example that highlights it,” said Association Executive, Erica Kirk. “Our members see a big value in providing this academic scholarship program to support students to achieve higher education.”

Last year was the inception of the program, and the VBRF awarded five $2,000 scholarships to students. Scholarships may be awarded in amounts up to $2,000 each. The number of scholarships and award amounts will be based upon the budget and determined by the qualifications and number of applicants each year.

The application deadline is approaching quickly. Applications must be submitted to the Vail Board of Realtors® offices in Edwards no later than June 17 by 5:00 p.m.
