Mountain View Residences (Vail) workforce housing project update:
Town of Vail Planning & Environmental Commission meeting on October 23 (time likely at 1:00pm). The hotel aspect has been removed, updating the project to 15 condos, 20 lockoffs, and 15 employee housing units (EU). 42% of the free market gfra is employee housing (close to 14,000 sq ft of ehu). Support letters can be submitted to gruther@vailgov.com
