  • VVP partnering with Customer Impact for PSP Program

Customer service is a point of distinction and what sets competitive businesses apart. With this in mind, the Platinum Service Program (PSP) is one of Vail Valley Partnership’s signature programs and focuses solely on creating and rewarding superior customer service experiences. To do this, PSP uses a series of mystery shops designed to help businesses provide higher levels of customer service through a comprehensive platform. For the coming 2015-2016 winter season, Vail Valley Partnership has evolved PSP to include a new partner, Customer Impact, one of the largest firms in the Mystery Shop industry.
“We are very excited to partner with the Vail Valley Partnership and it’s many business members.  Customer Impact is a leading customer experience management firm with business throughout the United States. Our team has been working with hundreds of businesses for over 25 years helping our customers better understand, improve and enhance the customer experience. We look forward to getting to know the Vail Valley business community and taking an active role in providing a great experience to visitors throughout the year” said Scott Hiller, CEO of Customer Impact.

This new program features customizable evaluation options for business owners by industry categories and faster digital reporting. The goal of advancing the program is to empower businesses to tailor their customer service training needs and to receive tangible data in digital form. Businesses can expect to be able to login and receive results within 48 hours of being shopped. The digital dashboard also includes comparative information such as year-to-date results and ranking systems to better understand where an individual business stands among its peers.
“We find improving customer service is a top priority for Vail Valley businesses and we are excited to partner with one of the best mystery shopper companies offered nationally. This program provides information on many aspects of customer service,” said Haley McNeill, VVP Program Manager.

VVP members receive a 20% discount on six-shop and twelve-shop programs. Business participants can schedule when they would like their business to be shopped and can customize the evaluation in many ways.
