(AVON, Colorado – May 26, 2015) – Vail Valley Partnership (VVP), the region’s community development organization, announced today that it has launched a new county-wide economic development and business services website at VailValleyMeansBusiness.com. The site is the new online home of Vail Valley Economic Development (VVED), a business unit of Vail Valley Partnership.
Jeremy Rietmann, VVP’s business development director, calls the website “a key piece in telling a more comprehensive story about living and working in the Vail Valley.”
Rietmann continues, “This site enables us to share what’s incredible and rewarding about doing business in Eagle County, while also being candid about potential pitfalls, so that prospective businesses and entrepreneurs are well-equipped to build and sustain successful business operations in our mountain communities.”
The new website offers quick and easy access to essential business services and local economic information and is targeted to local businesses and entrepreneurs as well as prospective businesses considering doing business in the Vail Valley.

The new website offers a clean, visually enhanced design with easy-to-navigate functionality that helps share the Vail Valley as a “great place to do business” in addition to being a great place to live and play.
The site shares several business “success stories” to give prospective business operators an inside view of the many different paths local businesses have taken to find success and thrive in the Vail Valley.
VVED offers a variety of services and resources including local economic and demographic data, due diligence support, building or land search assistance, identification of financial resources, government liaison support and more. Vail Valley Economic Development’s VailValleyMeansBusiness.com provides a business resource clearinghouse for local and prospective businesses and entrepreneurs – offering confidential support to local employers and access to resources they need to become more competitive.
Additional sections and interactive features are planned including various dynamic data displays and a commercial property search tool, made possible through a partnership with the Vail Board of Realtors and the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade.
