The 11th Annual Beaver Creek Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival will take place Memorial Day Weekend, May 24-26!
Musical highlights include Mia Borders and recent Grammy Award Winner, Charlie Musselwhite, who will perform live at scheduled times during the weekend. Barbecue masters will be competing for bragging rights and $10,000 in cash prizes. On Saturday a panel of professional judges will rate pork ribs, chicken and side dishes according to appearance, taste and tenderness. Once again, attendees will have the chance to text their vote on Saturday and Sunday to determine the People’s Choice winner for Best Barbecue Vendor. Selected winners will be crowned Saturday and Sunday at 4:10 p.m. on the main stage in Beaver Creek Plaza.
A Kids’ Fun Zone will be open from 12-4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday providing activities, arts and crafts designed for kids 12 and under. On Saturday, Beaver Creek’s signature Culinary Demonstration Series will kick off for the summer season, providing complimentary barbecue demonstrations from local chefs. Don’t miss the Microbrew Festival on Saturday featuring more than 80 special concoctions from over 30 Colorado-based breweries! On Sunday, amateur pit masters will be able to showcase their talents at the Big Green Egg Backyard BBQ Competition. Continue your Beaver Creek Blues, Brews & BBQ weekend experience by participating in the third annual Cut & Slice Golf Event benefiting Can Do Multiple Sclerosis on Monday, May 26th at the Beaver Creek Golf Club.

Sunday, May 25th –Big Green Egg Backyard BBQ Competition Entry: 11AM-2PM
Do you love to barbecue? Do your friends and family constantly compliment your grilling skills? Do you believe that you are the best at grilling and BBQ? Here’s your chance to prove it! Participate in the Big Green Egg Backyard BBQ competition for your chance to win your very own Big Green Egg (valued at $1049) and bragging rights for an entire year! Contestants (can be individuals or teams of up to three people) will be provided with a Big Green Egg, a mystery grilling meat and side dish items. Monday, May 26th-Cut & Slice Golf Event benefiting Can Do Multiple Sclerosis presented by US Bank: 11:30AM-4PM
Continue your Beaver Creek Blues, Brews & BBQ weekend experience by participating in the third annual Cut & Slice Golf Event on Monday, May 26th. During the golf round you will enjoy craft beers and mouth watering BBQ along the way. This year’s event will feature multiple competitions throughout the course, including longest drive, closest to the pin and a hole-in-one challenge. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Can Do Multiple Sclerosis’s lifestyle empowerment programs for people living with MS and their support partners.
