Vail Valley Partnership is proud to announce the six overall category winners for the 2012-2013 Platinum Service Program (PSP).

The Platinum Service Program is a part of the Partnership’s signature program, Destination Experience. PSP evaluates and recognizes outstanding customer service throughout the Vail Valley. The program is run in coordination with Katie Barnes of the Buy Spy and helps businesses establish customer service expectations, set goals and evaluates customer service through a series of mystery shops. Each business that participates in the program receives detailed feedback on the customer’s experience and suggestions for improvement.

The six winners represent an elite group of award winners because they received the highest overall scores in their individual categories over eight mystery shop evaluations conducted during the 2012-2013 ski season.

Overall Winner: Alpine Wine & Spirits

Lodging Winners: Vail’s Mountain Haus & Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort

Retail Winner: Slifer Designs

Restaurant Winner: Beano’s Cabin

Professional/Visitor Services Winner: Town of Vail Community Hosts
