Spring Events at the VVP

Happy (almost) spring! Here’s what’s coming up at the VVP.

The Vail Valley Partnership is partnering with the Vail Leadership Institute for a series of quarterly educational seminars on leadership insight. The first seminar will take place on April 4th and will focus on “Collaborative Alignment” with Bob Vanourek, the author of the Triple Crown Leadership. Alignment is a transformational leadership process for achieving much higher levels of organizational performance. Through alignment, organizations can achieve breakthrough results.

This event will be held at Manor Vail on Thursday, April 4th from 8:30-10:30am, with registration starting at 8am. The cost is $10 including a light continental breakfast. RSVP’s are required; please contact Jennifer Weintraub at jweintraub@visitvailvalley.com to register or for more information.

Who’s hungry for lobster? Our favorite VVP event of the year, the annual Blue Jeans & Lobster end of year networking party will be at the Beaver Creek Chophouse on Tuesday, April 16th from 5:30-9pm. Enjoy a full lobster feast, DJ and a chance to win great basket prizes. Space is limited and this event sells out every year, so bring your team and RSVP early! Tickets are $70.

If you want to support the VVP and promote your business, then let us know if you’re interested in donating a basket to our event. The basket with the most raffle tickets wins a free Alpine level membership for a year (valued at $575). If you would like to RSVP for this event or want more information about donating a basket, then please contact Jennifer Weintraub at jweintraub@visitvailvalley.com.

Don’t forget about our After Hours Business Mixer tomorrow at First Bank in Avon. Please remember the changed mixer time from 5:30-7:30pm due to banking hours. Double Diamond Chefs is preparing some great food for the event and First Bank will be giving away 2 Kindle Fires!
