Providing support in the areas of project management, operations, and future development projects , Triumph Development recently added Travis Coggin as Development Director.
In his new role for Triumph Development, Coggin will oversee the design, entitlement and construction of the new Vail Valley Medical and Municipal Office redevelopment as well as source and perform due diligence on new business opportunities.
Coggin brings more than nine years’ experience in construction and real estate management, entitlement, field operations and financial modeling to Triumph Development. Prior to joining the company, he was Director of Operations for ST Residential, LCC, a Starwood Capital/FDIC Joint Venture company and Operations Manager for World Telecom Investments, both located in Chicago. He also served as Senior Zoning Officer for The City of Aspen.
“Travis’ experience and enthusiasm is ideally suited for Triumph Development. He will provide key support we need to oversee the Vail Medical and Municipal Redevelopment, and execute on the new opportunities we foresee in other mountain resort communities,” said Michael O’Connor, Chief Operating Officer.
A graduate of Vail Mountain School in 1998, Coggin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate for the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Ski Patrol. Conversant in Spanish, Coggin also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and is an avid sports enthusiast.
