  • Vail Vitality Center Presents “Lunch & Learn” Wellness Sessions

Lunch & Learn subjects cover a variety of wellness-related topics, and presentations and training sessions are designed to provide basic information for better health.

When it comes to wellness, gathering information and advice from trusted, professional sources can mean the difference between a vibrant, healthy life and simply getting by, learning to live with the aches and pains that come with aging. The medical professionals and industry experts at Vail Vitality Center at Vail Mountain Lodge have created an affordable, ongoing program designed to address some of the most common health concerns, enabling attendees to take the first steps toward a better understanding of personal wellness. New Lunch & Learn workshops at the Vitality Center are offered each month and include a different topic for each session. Some programs incorporate hands-on training with a specific technique, and all sessions include lunch from Terra Bistro. Lunch & Learn sessions at Vail Vitality Center begin on Wednesday, June 27 and continue throughout the summer.

“As a collective group of experts in varied fields of medicine and personal health, we’re able to offer an advantage for anyone interested in living a healthier life,” said Lisa DeKoster, Vail Vitality Center’s spa and programs manager. “Lunch & Learn sessions are perfect for anyone interested in gathering information about personal health management, with limited time available for research.”
