The Vail Valley Partnership-the Chamber & Tourism Bureau today announced the 2011-2012 Platinum Service Program (PSP) winners.

The Platinum Service Program is a part of the Partnership’s signature program, Destination Experience. PSP evaluates and recognizes outstanding customer service throughout the Vail Valley. The program is run in coordination with Katie Barnes of the Buy Spy and helps businesses establish customer service expectations, set goals and evaluates customer service through a series of mystery shops. Each business that participates in the program receives detailed feedback on the customer’s experience and suggestions for improvement.

The following businesses received an average score of 90% or higher over eight mystery shop evaluations conducted during the 2011-2012 ski season.

“High levels of customer service, helping to create a seamless vacation experience for our destination guests, is a pillar of our destination brand and the Partnership congratulates all PSP winners for providing excellent service to our guests,” said Partnership executive director Chris Romer.
