The Alpine Tavern has introduced a new, innovative Mountain Modern dining experience. The soaring ceilings define Vail’s premier mountain setting, as well as the roaring fire, dramatic lighting and alpine views. Fine silver, crystal and crockery frames every meal.
Those who love the San Francisco dining scene, will love Alpine’s innovative earth tone place mats, fine crystal glassware, new china crockery, and perfectly weighted silverware. Bill Stewart, co-owner of the Alpine Tavern, explains “the new mountain modern look is perfectly matched to Alpine’s mountain and meadows setting in East Vail, just as the hills of San Francisco frame the bay area skyline. As the sun sets and Bald Mountain highlights the early evening sky, enjoy Alpine’s ever evolving dining experience and dishes, reflecting San Francisco’s endless ethnic dining scene.” Call early to reserve the Edelweiss west deck seating, space is limited!
Memorial Day weekend will mark Alpine Tavern’s summer 2012 opening, the Old Muddy Bar opens at 4:30 PM and the Edelweiss dining room opens at 5:30 PM.
