  • CSU Extension to host “Small Steps to Health and Wealth Colorado”

In partnership with the Eagle County Library District, CSU Extension will provide a series of classes that address the link between financial problems and poor health. The “Small Steps to Health and Wealth Colorado” program will be offered from 6 to 8 p.m. Mondays from April 23 through May 7 at the Gypsum Public Library, located at 47 Lundgren Blvd. in Gypsum.

Glenda Wentworth, Extension Director in Eagle County, notes that there are many links between health habits and wealth habits. Through the “Small Steps to Health and Wealth Colorado” program, participants will learn simple strategies to simultaneously improve health and personal finances.

The three sessions will offer hands-on learning opportunities, as well as useful health and finance tips in a supportive learning environment. The program is free. To register, contact CSU Extension at 970-328-8630. For more information, visit CO Small Steps.
