Leadership Pillar: Find your internal leadership style
Course Overview: The Community Leadership Academy brings together professionals from around Eagle County serving the community. The program is intended to help participants develop strong values-based leadership skills, create a broad network of confidants, as well as build trust and consistency between agencies.

Leadership Pillar: Expand your leadership network
Course Overview: NEXT is an opportunity for 12 emerging leaders to meet, converse and engage with local community leaders in a group setting. This program aims to serve professionals with a ‘mentee’ mindset who seek to learn from and be inspired by established community leaders while connecting with other emerging leaders.

Leadership Pillar: Explore leadership opportunities through local community issues and solutions
Course Overview: Community Issues Bootcamp is an opportunity to dive deep into the key issues that are defining the future of Eagle County. Each topic will be led by local and regional experts and will also feature a “takeaway” comprised of strategies you can begin to implement immediately around each of these topics, as well as ways to stay involved in potential solutions.
