Sous Chef: We are looking for a vibrant year-round Sous Chef to join our management team. You must be a professional, hard-working, creative and passionate person who believes in team work, has a positive influence on employee behavior and is looking to create an extraordinary guest experience in our restaurants. Comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day BOH restaurant operations and trained in food service financial tracking is key.
Two years of sous chef experience is a must, culinary education is preferred, but not required.
