Bright Future Foundation in Avon is hiring a full time Youth Violence Prevention Specialist. The Violence Prevention Specialist will coordinate and facilitate all EmpowerMENt programs and be responsible for data assessment and collection specifically focusing on program effectiveness. The Violence Prevention Specialist will coordinate all Buddy Mentor program activities including but not limited to, junior and senior Buddy recruitment, mentor training, and planning and implementation of Buddy events.
