Club One’s hospitality staff uphold the highest standards of luxury service, and are responsible for overseeing the customer experience by helping meet their recreational needs. The Club One Front- Of-House staff (aka. Attendant) is a customer service position and serves as the face of the business and is senior management’s connection to the quality of the facilities and the guest experience. The Front-Of-House staff is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all the customer contact areas both interior and exterior of the building.
Attendants must be friendly individuals who genuinely enjoy being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. The Attendant must have previous customer service experience and will understand the importance of responding quickly to guests’ needs, managing minor complaints cordially, and protecting the Club One brand and reputation. Additionally, the Attendant will be given preference if they have experience in light construction, housekeeping, and be able to quickly and efficiently problem solve. Gondola Haus provides a diverse array of commercial services with several common areas that require constant disinfection, cleanliness and maintenance. The Attendants must be driven individuals who can take initiative and help anticipate problems before they occur, communicate effectively with tenants, guests, senior management, and anyone else he or she encounters on the job.
- Seasonal Employment: 22 weeks
- 24 hours per week
- 3 consecutive days
- 8 hours per day
- Holiday & Weekends
- Time: 7:00am – 11:30am, 1:00pm – 5:00PM
- Pay: $18 / hour
- Location: 249 Hanson Ranch Rd.
- Attendants must wear the Club One uniform when on duty. Uniform includes signature Patagonia Vest and soft shell jacket.
