The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, manages the organization’s financial planning and analysis functions and manages business services operation. The position will provide financial leadership and drive continuous improvement in the areas of forecasting, budgeting, analysis and strategic planning and serve as a strategic business and financial partner to the Executive team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitors and analyzes organizational budgets and performs periodic planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
• Develops key performance indicators measuring the financial health of the organization or assigned units or functions
• Reviews past and current financial performance against budgeted estimates, and develops models that assist management in understanding the financial impact of business decisions
• Implements performance metrics for design and retail operations
• Implements monthly performance reports measuring designer/project profitability
• Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decisions affecting the company
• Prepares and presents audited financial statements and financial reports to senior management
• Analyzes, researches, and provides financial forecasting to senior management
• Manages and provides guidance to Business Service operations (AR, AP and Project Coordinator)

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES
• Bachelor’s Degree in related area or equivalent experience required
• Experience developing financial statements
• 7-10 years management experience required
• Interior Design industry experience preferred
