East West Hospitality is seeking to hire an experience Corporate Revenue Analyst to join their Marketing team in Avon, CO. The Corporate Revenue Analyst is responsible for developing, preparing, and analyzing data related to revenue trends, sales pace, marketing activity, system configuration, market segmentation and pricing optimization. Additionally, this role is a leader on the sales, marketing and revenue management team providing collaborative direction as a result of analyzing opportunities from sales, marketing and revenue management actions. The Analyst will also work closely with the Director of Business Applications to ensure property management systems, distribution systems, and booking systems are working effectively.

The role works to produce consistent and effective reports and strategic recommendations to drive sales and direct marketing activities. The Corporate Revenue Analyst will continually be curious in identifying opportunities that will increase revenues and direct operational teams to work more effectively.The role needs to have experience with sales systems, electronic distribution systems for lodging inventory.

The Analyst serves as a strong voice of the sales, marketing and revenue management department and must work well in a collaborative environment.This is done by working with operations, reservations, sales & marketing, as well as guest feedback. The goal is to increase revenues based on analysis and action. The analyst offers valuable information derived from often complex quantitative analysis, but must present this information to leadership and peers that makes sense to a layperson.

Location: East West Corporate Offices- Avon, CO.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Minimum Requirements:
Four year college degree with a minimum of five years hospitality/lodging experience with a focus on revenue management, sales, marketing, and operations. Strong analytical ability. Able to develop, execute and measure results of revenue management tactics. Exhibits excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Can articulate complex strategies or topics in a clear and concise manner. Can effectively “sell” specific strategies or tactics using sound analysis. Is open / flexible to debate regarding own strategies / tactics. Experience with IQware, RDP, and Travelclick systems is highly beneficial. Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Self-motivated, curious, and competitive drive required. Proven ability to manage to all levels of management. Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills. Exhibits strong leadership skills and can establish credibility within the managing committee and hotel management team. Expert knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel), PowerBI and/or Tabelau analytical tools. Demonstrates initiative, confidence and enthusiasm. Strategic thinker. Proven ability to understand and focus on the big picture.
