We are East Coast transplants living in the mountains whose happiest memories come from the food traditions of our childhoods in the Northeast, particularly the local bakery and its warm, Saturday-morning-bagels. We are passionate about food made the old fashioned way, and the places where people gather with a shared happiness to eat the foods of their youth. We are your neighborhood bagel shop, shmearing happiness one hand-rolled bagel at a time.
