In 2018 we cared for nearly 800 patients, either in their own homes, or in other facilities throughout the local communities in the Roaring Fork, Colorado, Crystal, and Eagle River Valleys. Our reach in Eagle County is growing rapidly, by almost 48% in 2018. To continue to exceed the expectations of our community members we’re adding team members to ensure we can continue to provide personalized, compassionate care to those who need it most.
