In order to be eligible for the merchant pass, you must attend the customer service class or participate in the PSP program

The Customer Service Seminar is designed to reinforce the importance of exemplary customer service and the tangible and intangible benefits a business can realize as a result. More than ever, your guests will be looking for a great experience this year.

This service training seminar will qualify you for a 2012-2013 MERCHANT SKI PASS this year.

The Vail and Beaver Creek Merchant Pass will be $659 for the 2012-2013 season. The Merchant Pass is unrestricted through the winter season for Keystone and Breckenridge. Blackout dates for Vail and Beaver Creek are: November 23-24, 2012, December 26-31, 2012, January 19, 2013 and February 16-17, 2013.
