Your organization can qualify for a 2014/2015 MERCHANT SKI PASS this year by:

1. Attending the Customer Service Seminar on November 5th
2. Participating in the Platinum Service Program 2 (PSP2) - Participate in The Buy Spy's secret shopper Platinum Service Program and fine tune your customer service through feedback from secret shops. PSP is $99 (upgrades available)
3. Participating in both the Customer Service Seminar ($30 per attendee | $15 per additional attendee) and PSP2 ($99)

About the Seminar:
Attendees of the Customer Service Seminar will receive the following information: Winter 2014/2015 Update from Vail Resorts, 2015 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships Preview from Vail Valley Foundation, Keynote presentation about "Delivering a World-Class Guest Experience" with Chuck Wachendorfer from Think2Perform, Q&A Panelist Discussion with local experts and business owners about customer service best practices. Includes Mike Herron from Four Seasons Resort Vail, Erin Boselli from Generation BC and John Shipp from Dionysus Hospitality Group.
