Economic Council of Eagle County Economic Development Leadership Council

The Economic Development Leadership Council is a volunteer committee of the Economic Council of Eagle County and serves as Eagle County's economic development task force.

Monthly meetings are held the first Monday of each month from 3:00 - 4:30 pm at the Eagle County Ambulance District classroom at 1055 Edwards Village Blvd. in Edwards.

Role of the ED Leadership Council/Ground Rules/Expectations:

Must be member of the Vail Valley Partnership

Representation to include up to 2 people per business segment, 3 + for at large, municipal & industry representatives

Geographic diversity to be taken into consideration

Monthly meetings, attendance at 9 of 12 annual meetings required

Role of Economic Development Leadership Council members:

Provide testimonials on doing business in Eagle County

Serve as official ambassadors for prospective businesses

Be instrumental partners in building "Economic development toolkit" & annual work plan

Participate in/attend municipal and/or county meetings/presentations related to ECEC economic development efforts

The Economic Development Leadership Council will consist of representatives from a variety of key industry market segments including real estate, culinary, retail, construction & development, professional services, finance & banking, lodging, health & wellness, technology, recreation, education and more.
