Hospitality Days

Hospitality Days are FREE and included in your membership with the Vail Valley Partnership and are a great way to expose your business or service to members in the Valley, or meet new people in a fun and relaxed networking environment.

Hospitality Days include; free golf, team building opportunities, swimming and more! Check out this summer's scheduled list:

  • Thursday, May 23: Gypsum Creek Golf Course Hospitality Day - Enjoy free golf and a mixer from 12-6:30 pm.

  • Monday, June 10: Nova Guides Hospitality Day - Hosted by Nova Guides and Vail Valley Partnership. Event is open to all area concierges, hotel front guest services and front desk staff, valets, DMCs, and booking agents.

    Tours will be starting each hour - 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, and 12 pm. Meet your guide at rental counter. ATVs, SBS RZRs, Jeep Tours, Paintball and private trout lake fly fising. McAllister’s Grill– Lunch buffet and a soda/tea are included. McAllister’s Grill is open at 9 am for coffee, soda, cocoa sales. Lunch will be provided from 11 am-1 pm.   • Thursday, June 20: Sage Outdoor Adventures Hospitality Day - Sage Outdoor Adventures has invited our members to a VVP Hospitality Day on Thursday, June 20th from 9 am-1 pm at their Castle Peak Base location for RZR 4 ATV guided tours and sporting clays. Their shooting range has a variety of flying targets from various angles so you can give it your best shot. Never been clay shooting before? Their instructors will be there to help you along the way.

    Food provided by Castle Peak Grille: deli sandwiches including Italian and Mediterranean wrap, BBQ specialties including ribs and bbq pork sliders, cookies and drinks. RZR tours on private land with spectacular views and hands on instruction for sporting clays.Directions to Safe Outdoor Adventures’ Horn Ranch:

    Exit 157 off Interstate 70 toward Wolcott / Steamboat Springs,
    Right off exit ramp if coming from the East (Vail and Beaver Creek) OR Left off exit ramp if coming from the West (Eagle Airport and Glenwood Springs)
    West on Hwy 6 for 1/4 mile
    Right (North) on Hwy 131 toward Steamboat Springs for 3 miles
    At 3 mile marker turn left onto Horse Mountain Rd.
    Stay left at fork onto Milk Creek Rd.
    Stay left at next fork – Large Sage sign at second fork pointing you to the left to the Activity Base Facility
    Road ends at Base Facility
