Housing Reports

Reports which takes a closer look at the current state of housing (both rental and for sale). While the resort and second home market is seeing a slow improvement in sales activity, prices have dropped to pre-2007 values. The damage and recovery in the local housing market is far more serious with the loss of over 6,000 jobs in the past two years and few prospects of seeing those jobs replaced.
