Non-Profit Seminar, Hosted by Eagle River Youth Coalition and VVP

The Eagle River Youth Coalition and the Vail Valley Partnership are hosting a FREE educational seminar for our non-profit members on Cultivating Donors through the Colorado Non-profit Association. It will be held on Friday, June 15th from 10am-12pm at the Miller Ranch Community Center in Edwards.

New research reveals the most effective ways to appeal to Colorado donors. Those willing to invest in your organization are looking for the perfect match. But, how do you make that happen? Join us to examine key principles identified by the 2011 study.

Instigators – what sparks that initial gift?

Volunteering – we’ll explore the correlation between volunteerism and giving.

Retention – learn how to build meaningful, lasting relationships with your donors.

This highly interactive session will examine local and national research and share tools you can use to inspire giving and build lasting relationships with donors. Gain insight from your peers through a guided discussion on how to apply what we’ve learned at your own organization. The presentation will be given by Mark Holdt of Mountain Sage Consulting. This training is part of a series through the ERYC developed to accompany the Understanding Giving research report.
